Shipping Information & Refund Policy
Shipping Time
We ship orders once a week (usually Mondays), and all orders are deposited at the India Post for shipping within 1-7 days of placing the order. All orders are accompanied by a tracking ID, which will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped.
For Domestic orders, the shipping time can be expected to be 7-10 business days and for International orders, the shipping time can be expected to be 3 weeks.
Please note that these delivery times are only estimates. Kindly understand that once a package has been shipped, transit and delivery times are beyond the control of Studio Artinject. Please be patient and understand that in certain instances, in light of the pandemic, international packages may take several weeks or even months to arrive. Rest assured, you will be provided with a tracking ID for your package.
Shipping Rate & Other Charges
Domestic orders (within India) are subject to a flat rate shipping charge of 300 INR and International orders are subject to a flat rate shipping charge of 2500 INR at the time of purchase.
Once the actual shipping cost has been calculated by the postal service depending on the weight of the package and the location of delivery, you will either receive a refund (if the actual rate is lower than the flat shipping rate) or a bill for the additional shipping charge (if the actual rate is higher than the flat shipping rate).
Additionally, international orders may be subject to tax and duty-related charges of your respective country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the specialized nature of this work, returns and/or exchanges are generally not accepted. Every order, commission, and sale is handled with care, and as much clarity & transparency as possible.
Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions, and our policies carefully before completing your purchase.
Note about colours: Everyone sees colours a little differently. Additionally, computers are calibrated a little differently as well. We do our best to upload pictures showcasing accurate colours of the artwork, photographed in natural light from multiple angles so that you can get a good look at what you’re investing in.
If you’re still feeling unsure about the colours, then maybe try looking at the images on your friends’ computers so that you can look at the images on differently calibrated devices.
We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (domestically or internationally), and we are not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. We work hard to package each order with care in sturdy flat mailers, tubes and fully padded boxes so that it arrives undamaged, and we suggest you handle your new artwork with care when framing, and carefully unpack ceramics. Please be kind when reaching out and remember that we do not run the shipping service, and we have no control over the treatment of your package in transit. It’s just as much of a bummer for us to see damaged products as it is for you to receive them!
That being said, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product (with the exception of damages incurred during transit as a result of mishandling by the shipping service) a refund may be possible. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact shimona@studioartinject.com within 2 days of receiving your purchase, with a copy of the receipt of purchase, documentation of the proof of damage, along with a description of the problem.
Shipping of Refund Items
Before a refund is possible, the defective product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If a package is returned to Studio Artinject because the buyer provided the wrong address, has declined to pay customs or VAT fees, or has not claimed a package after delivery attempts, the buyer will be notified by email. The buyer must repay the shipping costs before the item can be shipped again. If preferred, a refund may be issued minus a 20% re-stocking fee and minus the original shipping expenses
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gift
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Exchange
We will ship your replacement artwork and/or issue a refund only after receiving your return + communication via email.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Items fully exempt from Refund
Some products and services are completely exempt from being eligible for a refund/return, such as
-Gift cards
-Downloadable products such as templates, presets, etc.
-Digital products such as classes, workshops, courses, etc.
-Sale/ Discounted items
