The clay vase that you make during the workshop will need to fully dry which can take up to a week.
Then the vase will undergo two firings in the kiln to make it fully functional. The firing process takes up another two weeks.
First is a bisque firing which removes moisture and hardens the clay, preparing it for glazing. Your vase will then be glazed (coloured) and will go in for glaze firing, which makes the vase waterproof and ready to use.
After 4 weeks, you can either come to collect your vase at no extra cost or have it delivered to your home by paying the delivery charge.
