Imagine your fingers dug into soft, wet clay as you knead and prepare it. Then once your clay is ready to take the form you want to give it, you mould it and make it into an object you get to experience and enjoy every day. Through this process, you’ll feel your shoulders drop down and the noise in your head fade.
